CONGRESSIONAL OBSTRUCTIONISM: WHY DO THE FACTS HATE THE REPUBLICANS?
ACTUALLY, THE REPUBLICANS HATE THE FACTS.
The Republicans should get the facts straight when talking about what is "unprecedented" in the Senate. But it's easy to see why they hate the facts so much. If they had to stick to the facts, they wouldn't have any programs at all.
