I wasn't planning on returning to the well deserved ridicule of Jonah Goldberg's book "Liberal Fascism" for a few days. But it is the gift that keeps on giving.

Something has come up that must be shared with the good people of this country

One of those hatemongers - as they are called, ironically, by Bill O'Reilly - at Daily Kos wrote on essay titled "Jonah Goldberg Presents: The White Man's Shoah." It may be considered a bit offensive by some, and of course, conservatives will get all politically correct about it because this is one of those cases where it suits their opportunistic agenda. (While they maintain their silence on the whole issue of Jonah's mendacity, of course. What's the point of being a conservative if you have to be consistent? Or honorable?)

The essay takes off from Jonah's perceptive comment that "The white male is the Jew of liberal fascism." And we can perhaps glean from this that Jonah is perhaps overstating his case a bit.

And perhaps looking quite the fool.
